Physics notions:

1- Fundamental relation of the dynamics (Newton's Second Law) :

Sum ( forces) = m.a

With:

m ... the mass (in kg)

a ... the acceleration(in m/s/s)

2-Centrifugal "force" (Fc) (in newtons : N)

Fc = m.w.w.R

With:

m ... the mass (in kg)

w ... the angular rotation speed (in radians/s)

R ... the rotation radius (in m)

3- reminder force of the spring(in N)

Fr = k.A

with:

k ... steepness constant of the spring

A ... elongation of the spring under drive force influence

This reminder force is the bust acceleration cause from the middle-descent, which can be seen for example in Ben Hogan's swing.
A concrete case of the presence of this force is the elastic force. Indeed, when one stretches it on both sides, one feels a reminder force which urges it to find its initial dimensions.
